The mission of the eHandwierk department of the Chambre des Métiers is to support Luxembourg craftsmen to develop and innovate digitally. They give advice and support the step towards digitisation. Especially in the sector of small and medium sized crafts, there is little knowledge and willingness to take these steps, but there is a need.

Digital developments are advancing rapidly. What will eHandwierk's services look like in 2023 and how can we adjust and adapt to this? What does the action plan for this look like?

The eHandwierk department of the Chambre des Métiers wants to discuss new ideas and possible measures to improve its services and offer in a structured way.

The wish is that the results are defined in terms of visions and actions that can be realised in the next 3 years and within a reasonable timeframe.
